Returns and Exchanges

Due to fitness guides being available for download immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds. Our no refund policy is non- negotiable. VMF resistance bands are also final sale.

Shipping Policy

All orders are in US dollars. We are currently only shipping in the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days to process payment. Once orders are processed, allow 3-9 business days for shipping. Once order is shipped , confirmation will be sent to your email with tracking info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If address is incorrect, please email any corrections. Preordered items may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship.
